I am not currently in-network with insurance plans. However, I can provide a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Depending on your coverage, you may be able to receive partial reimbursement for sessions.
I encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly to better understand your out-of-network mental health benefits.

The first session, often called the “intake session,” is focused on getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll review your intake paperwork, discuss your current concerns, and begin exploring your goals for therapy.
The first session may feel a bit more structured than future sessions, but over time sessions will likely feel more natural and conversational.

Most clients attend weekly sessions, though frequency depends on your individual goals and needs. Some clients choose to meet bi-weekly depending on their schedule, preferences, and where they are in the therapy process.

I primarily work with clients experiencing anxiety, life transitions, trauma, relational challenges, and depression. I also support neurodivergent clients, with a strengths-based approach and a focus on navigating everyday life.
My approach is collaborative, and I often integrate somatic and nervous-system regulation tools depending on each client’s needs.

I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots based on financial need. If cost is a concern, I welcome you to reach out so we can discuss options together.

There’s no “correct” amount of time to be in therapy. The length of treatment depends on your goals, preferences, and what feels most helpful to you. We can explore this together. Not sure what your goals are yet? That’s okay too. Therapy can also be a space to figure that out.
