About Grace

I offer a space to slow down and get curious about what’s really going on beneath the surface.

With a holistic approach, I see each person as a whole system with thoughts, emotions, lifestyle habits, relationships, and culture all interacting to shape their experience.

I primarily work with clients experiencing anxiety, life transitions, trauma, relational challenges, and depression. I also support neurodivergent clients, with a focus on emotional regulation and navigating everyday life.

My approach is collaborative, and I often integrate somatic and nervous-system regulation tools depending on each client’s needs.

My work is grounded in a humanistic perspective, while also drawing from other approaches such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Polyvagal theory. Curious what this looks like in practice? Click here!

Age range: Teens and adults (ages 12+).

Availability: Monday-Thursday.

Progressive muscle relaxation

My Goals

  1. Understand how you operate
